本日千葉県市川市にて、株式会社優翔（フジマート）様の新規OPENでした。今朝はどんよりと曇りとても気温が低く雨の予報でしたが、どうにか開店からお昼ごろまでは、雨も降らずスタートしました。開店前より、お客様が店頭に長蛇の列を作り、開店と同時に一気に店内になだれ込むようにOPENされていました。

以前よりこの店舗で頑張っていただいていたサービスマン中心にフル回転です。慣れた手つきで１時間当たり１台のレジで８０人以上のお客様を接客していました。
当店舗の担当のエリアマネージャー(・´з`・)バタバタと走り回っています。最近とても積極的に仕事をこなす頑張り屋さんです。今年○○歳とは思えません(＠_＠;)
昨年入社の新卒社員も今日はOPEN応援に来ています。元気に大きな声で接客できていますし、動きもいいですね。このような経験がきっとこれからの業務に良い影響をもたらすことでしょう。(´∀｀)
新潟から出張中の教育部も存在感ある仕事をしていました。とっても怖い？トレーナーに指導を受けながら、どんどん成長しています。今年の受託ラッシュすべてに参加してがんばっています。
